Disaster Assistance for Flood victims's being processed through the SBA.

To make it convenient for you, the SBA has set up shop at the Franz Road Store Front which is located WEST of Fry Road on Franz Road. If you or anyone you know was =looded during the heavy rainstorm in April, you will want to talk with the SBA about options that are available to you.

There are three people from the SBA working Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm at the Franz Road Store Front to assist you in completing your application and to advise you regarding what you can and cannot expect. They will be working at this location for about four weeks.

Please pass this along to anyone you know who was a victim of flooding in Harris County.

PLEASE PARK ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STORE FRONT. Commissioner Radack has set up the room that was used for early voting for the SBA to use in assisting victims.

The SBA will NOT be open on Memorial Day but will be open all other week days for the four week period. I would suggest that you take the time now while the process is beginning to visit with an SBA representative. If you need follow up documentation, etc., you can then return to complete this process.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. finally, thanks to each of you who called to report your flood damage to the Harris County Office of Emergency Management. It is due to your efforts that we have gotten this assistance.
