Wood Group, Alley Theatre, Morton Ranch High School form Collaborative
This school year's beginning marks the inauguration of a unique, highly interactive Katy ISD partnership between Wood Group, Alley Theatre and Morton Ranch High School. Seasonal flu vaccines are being offered for community members at several Katy ISD schools. Flu vaccines are $20.00 per person and available to those six months old and older. Flu mist or inhaled nasal spray is $30.00 per person and available for those between the ages of two through 49. These "seasonal" influenza vaccines are formulated to prevent annual flu. The next regular meeting of the Katy ISD Board of Trustees is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 6:30 p.m., in the ESC Board Room at 6301 S. Stadium Lane.The Board will be approving the tax rates for 2009. The proposed rates for both maintenance and operations, and debt service are unchanged from last year's rates of $1.1266 and $0.40 respectively.
