If you were to describe with one word what you want your next Realtor to be...

I asked this question on LinkedIn last week and got A TON! of responses, here there are.  By far the best is:

Pitfallalergic – n.  Having violent reactions to lack of subject knowledge base.  Possessing the ability to presuppose and avoid or re-direct erratic and/or costly occurrences in subject processes.  Possessing an expansive working knowledge of possible diversions, penalties, legal ramifications, etc. from non-performance or non-compliance with legal and binding best practices.  Able to competently advise action, give direction, and/or represent a client in decision-making events that could impact a residential and/or commercial purchase or sale.  The ability to provide competent coverage and wise and experienced guidance through every aspect of each process pertaining to the subject (as in real estate proceedings).

THAT’s the kind of realtor I would seek.  A home is the most expensive possession for the majority of Americans.  To trust it to anyone less qualified could have damaging and expensive consequences.
